Wine Club Policy
Membership Terms, Cancellations & Changes
Becoming a member of the Negus Wines Club gives you exclusive access to our premium handcrafted wines, special releases, and member-only discounts. To ensure that all members receive their wine deliveries on time and enjoy a personalized experience, we have established the following guidelines:

- Membership Commitment: A minimum commitment of three (3) months is required upon joining the Wine Club. This ensures that members can enjoy a continuous wine experience with us.

- Cancellations: After completing your initial three-month membership, you may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be made at least five (5) days prior to your next shipment.

- No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for partially used months, and cancellations must be processed according to the stated guidelines.

- Changes to Membership: If you need to change your shipping address, update your payment method, or adjust your wine preferences, you can make these changes at any time by contacting our customer service team.

- Billing Cycle: Your membership will renew automatically after each billing cycle, unless canceled as outlined above. You will be charged for your monthly shipment prior to delivery.

Tasting Room Policy
Reservation Policy
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, all reservations for our tasting room must be made in advance. We ask that you provide accurate details when booking, including the number of guests and preferred tasting time. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details.

- Reservation Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email after booking your reservation. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive it within 24 hours. If you need to make changes, such as modifying the number of guests or adjusting the date, please do so at least 48 hours before your reservation.

- Deposits for Private Tastings: For private events or special tastings, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. This deposit is applied toward your final bill at the time of the event. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the event.

- Cancellations and Modifications: We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute changes or cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

- Group Bookings: For groups of 10 or more, additional terms may apply, including deposit requirements and cancellation policies.
